Balance and Vestibular Rehabilitation
Balance rehabilitation in physical therapy focuses on improving stability, coordination, and overall balance to help prevent falls and enhance mobility. Through targeted exercises and techniques, physical therapists work with you to strengthen the muscles responsible for balance, improve posture, and address any underlying issues affecting your coordination. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with dizziness, or managing conditions like vertigo or neurological disorders, balance rehab helps restore confidence in movement, increase independence, and reduce the risk of falls. Our goal is to help you regain your balance, improve your quality of life, and move safely.
